Your Role:

• Provide expert SAP HCM solutions and support, with a specialization in Payroll.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements, optimize payroll processes, and deliver effective SAP HCM solutions.
• Support projects with a mix of AMS and system enhancements, including involvement in S/4HANA environments as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Stay current with SAP advancements to recommend and implement best practices tailored to client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent German speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with a focus on Payroll.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
