Associate Partner – SAP S/4HANA Transformation
Location: Germany (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time

I’m currently working with an international consulting firm that is continuing to invest heavily in its SAP S/4HANA transformation capability across Germany. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire an Associate Partner to help lead SAP programmes and expand strategic client relationships within large enterprise environments.

My client is a well-established consulting organisation that works with global enterprises on large-scale business transformation initiatives driven by SAP S/4HANA. They operate across multiple industries and support clients throughout the full lifecycle of transformation programmes, from strategy and advisory through to implementation and optimisation.

This role will focus on leading SAP transformation engagements, developing new consulting opportunities, and strengthening relationships within key enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the sale and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes for enterprise clients

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on SAP strategy, ERP modernisation and business transformation

  • Driving new consulting opportunities and expanding relationships within strategic client accounts

  • Managing consulting engagements to ensure programmes are delivered successfully and commercially

  • Supporting proposal development and shaping solutions around SAP transformation initiatives

  • Working closely with consulting leadership, delivery teams and subject matter experts to deliver high quality consulting services

  • Strengthening the firm’s presence within existing enterprise clients while identifying new growth opportunities

  • Leading and mentoring consulting teams across complex transformation engagements

  • Supporting the continued growth of the SAP consulting practice across Germany

Candidate profile

  • Extensive experience within SAP consulting and enterprise transformation programmes

  • Strong track record of selling and delivering SAP S/4HANA programmes within large organisations

  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships at executive level

  • Previous leadership experience within a consulting or professional services organisation

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience growing consulting revenues within client accounts

  • Ability to design innovative solutions to support complex transformation programmes

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior business leaders

  • Ability to operate effectively in complex and fast-moving consulting environments
