The Opportunity
A leading HR and payroll solutions provider has recently secured a new public sector project and is looking to strengthen its SAP HCM team with an experienced consultant. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing organisation working on long-term, complex HR transformation programmes within the public sector.
You’ll be part of a highly skilled team delivering on-premise SAP HCM solutions, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and long-term client partnerships.
Your Role
- Deliver and support SAP HCM (on-premise) solutions within public sector environments
- Work across key modules such as PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll
- Contribute to implementation and AMS (Application Management Support) activities
- Support system design, configuration, and optimisation
- Ensure compliance with public sector regulations and security requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to workshops and solution discussions
Your Profile
- Strong experience in SAP HCM (on-premise)
- Proven project experience within the public sector (essential)
- Solid knowledge of core modules (PA, OM, PT; Payroll beneficial)
- Experience working in AMS and/or project environments
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system landscapes
- German native speaker (mandatory)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors / hybrid landscapes
- Knowledge of authorisations and security concepts
- Exposure to S/4HANA or Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
