SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant – HuRis

What will you do?

As a Consultant, you'll act as the bridge between the client and SAP SuccessFactors. You'll gather HR and IT requirements from customers and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

You'll work on a variety of challenging projects with a high degree of responsibility. While you'll be the main point of contact for clients, you'll also have the support of an experienced team behind you whenever needed.

Every new colleague is assigned a mentor to help them settle into HuRis. Together, you'll discuss your development goals, training needs, and future career growth.

There is also plenty of opportunity to collaborate with colleagues, exchange ideas, and share knowledge.

What are we looking for?
 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO)
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central is an advantage
  • Independent and proactive mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused, self driven, and results oriented
  • Ambitious with a continuous learning mentality
  • Fluent Dutch language skills (C1/C2 level)
  • Strong English language skills (B2 level)
  • Flexible and willing to travel when required

  • €4,500 – €6,500 gross per month based on a 40 hour week, depending on experience
