Business Central Project Manager
Our client an established European industrial manufacturing group with over 1,000+ employees, operating in over 30 countries across Europe and the US. For their Business Central projects, they are searching for an experienced Business Central Project manager to help manage and ensure that their global Business Central projects remain in scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation programme across multiple business units.
- Work closely with internal project managers to coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate collaboration between internal teams, ERP implementation partners, and external vendors.
- Help manage integrations between Business Central and other business systems.
- Support the harmonisation of processes across previously independent companies within the group.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process improvements.
- Contribute to project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with rollout planning, change management, and user adoption across different entities.
Experience Required
- 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision
- Strong experience managing ERP implementation projects, including integrations
- Experience working on multi-entity or international ERP rollouts
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments is advantageous
- Exposure to legacy ERP environments or ERP replacement programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
