Hybrid – 8 days per month on-site in London, Brussels, Paris, or Amsterdam
Initial 12-month contract (extendable)
Join the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team within the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) of a leading global financial market infrastructure provider.
Security lies at the heart of their business, and this project plays a critical role in strengthening their Privileged Access Management (PAM) posture through an enterprise-wide deployment of CyberArk Secret Manager (AAM).
We’re looking for a hands-on, mid–senior level CyberArk Engineer with strong experience in CyberArk Application Access Manager (AAM), now integral to the Secret Manager suite. You’ll play a key part in designing, deploying, and integrating the solution across complex Windows and Linux environments.
Lead the installation, configuration, and integration of CyberArk Secret Manager components (CP, CCP, ASCP).
Architect and implement functional/service account management with high availability and disaster recovery.
Configure and optimise CCP and ASCP for seamless application integration.
Administer CyberArk PAM (Safes, platforms, permissions) and design custom platforms for various applications and databases.
Integrate CyberArk with diverse technologies for automated credential rotation and retrieval.
Script and automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, and Ansible.
Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with app teams to resolve technical challenges.
Maintain detailed technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Work autonomously and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
Proven hands-on experience with CyberArk Secret Manager / AAM — non-negotiable.
Expertise in deploying and configuring CP, CCP, and ASCP components.
Strong experience as a CyberArk PAM Administrator (Safes, platforms, permissions, onboarding).
Solid understanding of Windows/Linux administration, networking, and security principles.
Demonstrable experience with automation tools (Ansible) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
Proactive, independent, and fast-learning problem solver with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and hit the ground running.
Contract: 12 months (extendable)
On-site requirement: 8 days per month (including occasional days in Brussels)
Locations: Belgium, France, Netherlands, or the UK
