D365 Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced D365 Integrations Specialist to take ownership of key systems and integrations connected to Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing EDI integrations through the clients platform.
  • Maintain and support Power BI dashboards and their integration with D365.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot hardware devices (hand terminals, scanners) tied to D365.
  • Administer SQL queries and maintain automation server connections to D365.
  • Configure and support Metrics One, Lasernet, and other integration tools.
  • Manage D365 security roles, access permissions, and table configurations.
  • Set up and update facility data and configurations in D365.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners on system integrations.

Requirements:

  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Lasernet, and hardware integrations.
  • Experience working in a global business environment.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Open to being onsite during key phases/ workshops
