Overview
A global industrial company is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a local rollout as part of a broader ERP transformation program. The role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and operations. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar).
  • Align local activities with global program governance and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
  • Lead change management, user training, and adoption strategies.
  • Ensure successful execution of testing, data migration, and go-live activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management, with at least 5 years delivering ERP projects.
  • Strong background in industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain-focused organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional ERP rollouts.
  • Experience working with global teams and external vendors.
  • Fluent English; Danish or another European language is a plus.
  • Available to work onsite around Copenhagen most of the time.
