Next Ventures are working with a Key customer in Sweden who require a Genesys Cloud Consultant to join on a long-term contract.

Remote – EU Only
Rolling Contract (Fulltime)

Responsibilities

• Advise on Genesys Cloud capabilities and how best to use them
• Support the introduction of new features and functions into the client’s environment
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize integrations and roadmap development
• Provide hands-on technical input for the ongoing DevOps-based model

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud
• Broad knowledge of the platform’s functions and features
• Proven ability to guide clients on best practice adoption and market trends
• Understanding of technical implementation and integrations
