We are supporting a global Oracle HCM Cloud transformation for a client headquartered in Italy, involving a 30+ country rollout and currently in the early stages of programme mobilisation. The client has selected Oracle HCM Cloud and is seeking an experienced, preferably Italian-speaking Programme Manager to lead internal-facing delivery, including business case development, initial fit-gap analysis, and global blueprint design. This role requires strong leadership across business and IT, with a proven track record in global HCM programmes, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive programme governance, risk management, and cross-stream coordination. While Italian language skills are strongly preferred due to the client location and internal communications, there is some flexibility for the right profile. The position is offered on a contract basis for 12/18 months.
