Next Ventures is seeking an Industrial Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead cybersecurity efforts across power plants in France and Europe. The role involves managing cybersecurity architecture, audits, compliance with the NIS2 Directive and business standards, and cross-functional project coordination in industrial environments.

📍 Paris, France with regular travel across Europe
🗣️ Languages: Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years experience in ICS cybersecurity for power plants
3+ implementations of industrial cybersecurity frameworks
4+ industrial cybersecurity reviews completed in European power plants
Certified in one or more of: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO27005, CEH, GICSP, PMP
Hands-on experience with DCS vendors (GE, Emerson)
Familiar with SAP DMS for technical documentation
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Europe
Lead cybersecurity implementation in industrial projects
Design and review industrial cybersecurity architectures
Conduct audits and define action plans based on Engie and NIS2 standards
Ensure cybersecurity integration across project phases
Promote on-site cybersecurity awareness and training
Monitor threats and adapt strategies accordingly
Support project teams in achieving cybersecurity maturity
Strong understanding of power plant operations and ICS/OT environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Experience working in regulated, critical infrastructure environments
Bilingual: French and English
Experience in challenging complex industrial cybersecurity architectures
Familiarity with standards like IEC 62443, NIST 800-82
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple site projects
Ability to work independently in a multi-country, multicultural setting
