As a Partner with a focus on SAP, you will play a central role in shaping the next phase of our growth. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, expanding our SAP portfolio, and leading high-value projects. Working closely with other senior leaders, you will strengthen our
position in the market while building and mentoring a strong consulting team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Leadership
- Drive the acquisition of new SAP projects and accounts.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships at C-level.
- Position the firm as a trusted SAP transformation partner.
Engagement Leadership
- Sponsor and oversee complex SAP programs (e.g., S/4HANA, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics).
- Ensure quality delivery, client satisfaction, and commercial success.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in SAP transformation.
Firm Leadership & Strategy
- Shape and execute the SAP growth strategy in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Expand service offerings and develop new market opportunities.
- Mentor and coach consultants, reinforcing a high-spirited and collaborative team culture.
Financial Accountability
- Take full P&L; responsibility for the SAP business area.
- Deliver against revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
- Manage resources, utilization, and capacity effectively.
Your Profile
- 10+ years’ experience in SAP consulting, including leadership roles.
- Proven success in winning and delivering large-scale SAP transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following: S/4HANA, Finance, Supply Chain, Data &
Analytics, or Industry-specific SAP solutions.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to scale services and teams.
- Established executive network in the DACH region.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German and English; high willingness to travel.
