Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with strong Swedish language skills to design, implement, and support secure access frameworks across complex SAP landscapes. You will play a key role in access governance, compliance, and user lifecycle management across SAP systems for a Nordic client.

This role requires deep expertise in SAP authorization concepts, IAM tooling, and the ability to communicate fluently with Swedish-speaking business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Design and maintain SAP role and authorization concepts across SAP landscapes
  • Implement and support IAM solutions including:
    • SAP GRC Access Control
    • SAP Identity Management or SAP Cloud Identity Services
  • Lead user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes
  • Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation
  • Work with audit, risk, and compliance teams to ensure controls are met
  • Define and enforce role design standards and naming conventions
  • Support SAP projects (S/4HANA migrations, rollouts, upgrades) from an IAM perspective
  • Troubleshoot authorization issues across SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.)
  • Conduct workshops and communicate solutions with Swedish-speaking stakeholders
  • Document processes, role designs, and IAM procedures

Required Skills & Experience
 

  • 4+ years of SAP Security / SAP IAM experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP authorizations and role design
  • Experience with:
    • SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM)
    • SAP IdM or SAP Cloud Identity Services
  • Deep understanding of SoD, access governance, and audit controls
  • Experience across SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
  • Fluent Swedish and professional English
  • Experience working with Nordic clients or regulatory environments
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have
 

  • Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID / AD integration
  • Experience with non-SAP systems integration into IAM
  • SAP Security certifications
  • Experience in highly regulated industries (banking, pharma, public sector)
