Manufacturing Data Domain Owner

"Join the Data & Analytics team of GSC Europe, at the heart of the Supply Chain transformation. This dynamic and evolving team brings together diverse profiles (Data Domain Owners, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, etc.) with a shared objective: making data a key performance lever for operations.

As a Manufacturing Data Domain Owner, you will operate in a collaborative and international environment, working closely with business teams as well as IT and data offices. You will play a central role in driving and coordinating a community spread across Europe.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute concretely to structuring data governance in a context of strong transformation. You will actively participate in accelerating the data maturity of GSC Europe teams while developing your cross-functional impact, leadership, and visibility within the organization.

Your Role
Reporting to the Data & Analytics Director, you are responsible for data governance within the Manufacturing scope across GSC Europe. In this role, you define and implement standards, processes, and best practices to ensure reliable, consistent, and efficient data management.

You actively contribute to GSC Europe’s digital transformation strategy by ensuring data quality, availability, and value creation. You also support the upskilling of teams within your domain.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and strengthen data governance for the manufacturing domain: standards, data quality rules, compliance, and best practices
  • Lead and coordinate data initiatives across your community, ensuring alignment of resources and priorities
  • Support business and IT teams (Data Owners, Data Analysts, technical teams) in analyzing and resolving data-related issues
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity by implementing control, cleansing, and validation processes
  • Identify and promote innovation opportunities, leveraging new data technologies, analytics methods, and visualization tools

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree (Engineering school, IT, Data Management, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in data management (data governance, data quality, data management)
  • Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Good command of SAP and PDM environments
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach
  • Occasional travel
