Job Title: SAP PM/EAM Consultant (S/4HANA)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
Experience Required: 10+ years (5+ years in SAP PM/EAM)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM/EAM Consultant to support implementation, rollout, and optimization of asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert (SME), driving process improvements, ensuring system stability, and supporting business users across SAP PM/EAM environments, including S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support SAP PM/EAM implementations and rollouts
  • Perform master data migration activities within SAP PM/EAM
  • Apply strong process knowledge in Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management
  • Support and implement S/4HANA-related enhancements and changes
  • Identify system gaps, propose solutions, and implement workarounds
  • Prepare and maintain documentation:
    • Functional design documents
    • Test cases and test results
  • Conduct end-user training sessions
  • Provide ongoing support for SAP integrations, including:
    • Issue resolution
    • Log analysis
    • Troubleshooting integration failures
  • Configure SAP PM components, including:
    • Preventive maintenance
    • Breakdown maintenance
    • Corrective maintenance
    • Refurbishment
    • Calibration
  • Leverage SAP Fiori and S/4HANA capabilities to enhance user experience
  • Design and implement KPIs and dashboards for maintenance performance
  • Act as a trusted advisor and SME for asset management solutions
  • Mentor junior consultants and support business users
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure quality delivery within timelines and budget

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM/EAM
  • Strong expertise in:
    • SAP PM configuration and processes
    • Data migration and system integration
  • Experience with rollout methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
