Senior Manager - Enterprise Architecture SAP

Your Tasks

Advise CIOs, IT Directors, and Programme Leads on SAP transformation initiatives
Lead client workshops, architecture boards, and steering committees
Translate business requirements into structured SAP architecture roadmaps
Define end-to-end SAP architecture landscapes (S/4HANA focus)
Design solutions across Private Cloud (e.g. RISE) and On-Premise environments
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
Structure and lead complex transformation programmes end-to-end
Apply delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) beyond SAP Activate
Define project plans, milestones, and resource utilisation models
Establish clear communication and governance frameworks across programmes
Implement programme governance and reporting structures
Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) and KPIs to track performance
Take ownership of progress tracking and delivery transparency
Identify and manage transformation risks (scope creep, OCM, stakeholder alignment)
Drive structured risk mitigation and escalation processes

Your Experience

10+ years experience in SAP, Enterprise Architecture, or Transformation Delivery
Proven track record in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programmes
Experience at Senior Manager / Director level within a consulting environment
Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar)
Deep understanding of programme delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
Strong capability in project planning, governance, and financial control (incl. EVM)
Experience working across Private Cloud and On-Premise SAP landscapes
Solid understanding of integration, data, and application architecture
Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholders (C-Level exposure)
Clear, structured communication style with ability to get to the point
Ability to explain complex programmes, methodology, and delivery approach clearly
Strong ownership mindset for delivery, KPIs, and programme success
Practical understanding of transformation challenges (OCM, scope, risk, business engagement)
