About the Role

A fast-growing tech startup is looking for experienced and entrepreneurial engineers to help build a suite of core products—including mobile apps for end users and business partners, as well as internal-facing web tools. The team is hiring across multiple seniority levels for both frontend and backend roles.

You’ll collaborate directly with the CTO to shape product direction, contribute to the roadmap, and architect scalable systems from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of web and mobile applications, providing technical guidance as needed

• Define engineering best practices, especially in code reuse and frontend build systems

• Partner closely with product and design to deliver seamless, high-performance experiences

• Implement monitoring and analytics to track user behavior and application health

• Contribute broadly to a lean and ambitious team building foundational technology in a rapidly evolving space

Ideal Background

• 2–5+ years of software engineering experience (mid to senior level)

• Strong skills in Typescript, React, React Native, Python

• Familiarity or interest in machine learning, AI, computer vision, and predictive systems

• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)

• Passion for building tools and platforms that impact real-world operations
