AP Inhouse Consultant – S/4HANA Service (m/f/d)
Location: baden wurttemberg

Your Responsibilities

  • Support global projects implementing technical business processes

  • Ensure seamless SAP system flow in the SD module (end-to-end “Service to Satisfaction” process)

  • Customising and managing master data in SAP S/4HANA Service and Field Service Management (FSM)

  • Plan and execute integration of SAP CPQ into SAP Commerce Cloud

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders

  • Advise business units on optimising the “Service to Satisfaction” process

  • Independently manage (sub-)projects and IT integration tests

  • Continuously expand practical knowledge in the S/4HANA environment

  • Develop training materials and documentation for users and support teams

  • Provide day-to-day SAP support at 2nd and 3rd level


Your Profile

  • University degree in Computer Science or similar qualification

  • Solid SAP consulting experience with focus on S/4HANA Service and strong understanding of the “Service to Satisfaction” process

  • Knowledge of SAP FSM is beneficial

  • Experience with related SAP modules (e.g. SD, MM, PP) is advantageous

  • Familiarity with SAP ABAP and SAP Solution Manager is a plus

  • Exposure to technical project management is welcome

  • Fluent in English and German; French is a plus

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills

  • A collaborative, communicative team player
