Senior SAP ICM (Incentives & Commissions Management) Consultant

Overview:

An experienced Senior SAP Incentives & Commissions Management Functional Analyst is required to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of an SAP-based incentives and commissions solution. The successful consultant will play a key role in ensuring accurate commission calculations, efficient payment processing, and alignment of incentive structures with business requirements.
This is a full-time contract role (5 days per week) for an initial 12-month engagement, working within a complex enterprise SAP environment.

Location / Work Model:
Flexible engagement models will be considered:

  • Hybrid preferred (50% onsite / 50% remote) Cape Town, South Africa or Remote Globally 
  • Candidates based near the primary office location are preferred for hybrid engagement
  • Fully remote consultants, including global resources, will also be considered
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Start Date: 1 July 2026 (or ASAP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional expertise in SAP Incentives & Commissions Management, including solution design, configuration, and support.
  • Assist with commission calculation processes and commission payment execution through SAP.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
  • Support enhancements, optimization, and troubleshooting within the incentives and commission management platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct impact assessments for system changes and process improvements.
  • Support integration points across SAP modules and related reporting environments.
  • Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of new functionality.
  • Ensure solution stability, data accuracy, and compliance with business rules.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in SAP Incentives & Commissions Management (highly specialized / niche skillset).
  • Strong functional consulting experience in SAP environments.
  • Proven experience with commission calculation and payment processing.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and functional design.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale SAP implementations and support environments.
  • Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Experience in the following SAP landscape is advantageous:

  • SAP NetWeaver 7.40
  • SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7
  • SAP BW 7.5
  • SAP ECC environment experience preferred
