ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Developer - 12 months+ - Hybrid/Paris

 

Location: Paris

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Paris, France

Duration: 6–12 months (3 year programme)

Start: ASAP

 

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM and CSM expertise to support an enterprise ServiceNow program with a large multinational media organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
  • Implement and enhance CSM (Case Management, Knowledge, Portal).
  • Develop workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts.
  • Build integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
  • Produce technical documentation and follow best practices.

 

Required Experience

  • 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong ITSM & CSM implementation experience.
  • Solid JavaScript (server & client-side).
  • Experience in Agile environments.
  • Fluent English (French a plus).
