About This Role
As a Backend Software Engineer focused on AI R&D Integration, you’ll play a critical role in developing and implementing backend solutions that bring advanced AI capabilities into the platform. You’ll work closely with the R&D team to rapidly iterate on new AI features, integrating experimental models and data-driven solutions into the product. This role requires an agile approach, bridging the gap between R&D and production while ensuring that new capabilities seamlessly meet user needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI R&D: Work closely with R&D engineers to integrate AI models, adapting backend systems to support experimental features and iterative improvements.
- Design and Maintain Scalable Systems: Architect backend solutions that support high-performance AI-driven applications, balancing rapid development cycles with robust production quality.
- Develop APIs for AI-Enhanced Workflows: Build APIs that facilitate AI integration, ensuring seamless interaction between new features and core platform components.
- Optimize for Performance and Scalability: Continuously enhance backend infrastructure to meet the low-latency demands of data-intensive legal applications.
- Enable Rapid Iteration: Support a CI/CD environment for fast prototyping and deployment of new AI features.
Qualifications
- Open to candidates with strong master's programs or equivalent professional experience.
Salary & Benefits
- Compensation: $180k - $210k
