Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants

Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid/Remote options as required)

Contract Duration: 9–12 months (starting 1 October [Year])

Engagement: Contract / Freelance / Outside IR35 (as applicable)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our project team supporting a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple HCM modules and ensuring smooth configuration, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including:

CoreHR
Payroll
Performance Management
Learning & Development
Career Development
TalentManagement

Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.

Configure Oracle Fusion HCM applications to meet client-specific needs and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting (OTBI/BIP).

Develop and execute test plans (unit, system, UAT) and support end-user training.

Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Prepare project documentation, configuration workbooks, and functional design specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Functional experience.

Proven expertise in at least three of the following modules: Core HR, Payroll, Performance, Learning & Development, Career Development, Talent Management.

Strong understanding of UK HR processes, payroll regulations, and statutory compliance.

Full lifecycle implementation experience: requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment.

Ability to write functional design documents and collaborate with developers on RICEW components.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s).

Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and fast formulas.

Prior experience with UK-based or EMEA multi-country implementations.

Contract Details

Start Date: 1 October [Year]

Duration: 9–12 months (potential extension)

Location: UK (onsite/hybrid/remote options subject to project needs)

Engagement Type: Contract / Inside IR35 (if applicable)
