About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale our core platform. You’ll work across the stack—from designing user-facing features to building backend services and APIs that power our applications.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, where you’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
  • Develop scalable web applications using React and Next.js
  • Design and implement APIs and backend services using Node.js and Python
  • Collaborate with product and design to create intuitive user experiences
  • Work with data and infrastructure teams to integrate analytics and backend systems
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience with React and modern frontend development
  • Experience building backend services with Node.js and/or Python
  • Familiarity with Next.js or similar frameworks
  • Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs
  • Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
  • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in health tech, fintech, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with data pipelines or analytics tools
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
  • Exposure to HIPAA or healthcare data standards
