An innovative and fast-growing technology consultancy is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to join their expanding team.

The company specialises in cloud-based HR and SaaS solutions, supporting international clients with HR digitalisation and system integration projects. The environment is modern, flexible, and highly collaborative, offering consultants the opportunity to take ownership of projects while working alongside experienced HR and IT professionals.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise international customers on SAP SuccessFactors integration projects
• Analyse existing HR IT landscapes and support long-term architecture improvements
• Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP systems, and third-party applications
• Work hands-on with modern SAP integration technologies
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and architecture stakeholders
• Lead workshops and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences
• Manage projects independently from design phase through to successful go-live

Your Background

• 3–5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration projects
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), and/or SAP BTP
• Good understanding of HR processes and HR data models
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English skills are required
• German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory What’s on Offer
