ServiceNow Architect - 6 months+ - Remote

For a multi-national ServiceNow partner we’re looking for a ServiceNow Architect to support the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across ITSM, HRSD/CSM. You'll act as the technical authority for ServiceNow strategy, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to align solutions with enterprise needs.

  • You are able to work anywhere in Europe, but preferably Spain or Czech Republic

The Role

  • Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
  • Translate business needs into technical designs and implementation roadmaps.
  • Ensure platform compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to support sprint planning and delivery.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of platform capabilities, scripting, integration (REST/SOAP), and CMDB.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) advantageous
  • ServiceNow CSA + Implementation Specialist (e.g., ITSM, HRSD)
  • ITIL v4, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum certifications
