As a ServiceNow HRSD Tech Lead, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering HR Service Delivery solutions within our organization. We’re looking for someone with strong functional and technical expertise, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities :

• Configuring and setting up ServiceNow HRSD.
• Performing QA checks on offshore development work.
• Running workshops with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption.
• Integrating ServiceNow with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Working with advanced HRSD modules including Employee Center Pro, Lifecycle Events, and Document Management.
• Ensuring solutions comply with security standards and GDPR regulations.
• Managing testing and release processes, including ATF and CI/CD pipelines.

Skills Required:

• ServiceNow HRSD certification (CIS-HR) or equivalent.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD and the wider platform.
• Knowledge of Employee Center Pro (nice to have).
• Strong communication skills and experience managing diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
