ServiceNow Developer - 2 days per week Porto, Portugal - 12 months+

📍 Porto, Portugal (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a 12 month extendable contract. The opportunity to work on enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations across HR and IT Service Management domains.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Configure and customize ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules
  • Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and integrations
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Perform platform enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations
  • Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices for development and governance

✅ Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow development
  • Strong experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
  • Proven experience with HRSD / HR modules
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
  • Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder is a plus
  • Understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS-ITSM/HRSD) are desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
