🧑‍💼 Job Title: ServiceNow Functional Consultant
🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and rollout of enterprise workflows across ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and integration modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Engage stakeholders to capture functional and technical requirements across ITSM, HR, and ITAM domains.
  • Solution Design: Architect end-to-end workflows using ServiceNow best practices, minimizing custom code.
  • Configuration:
  • ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management
  • HRSD: Case Management, Lifecycle Events
  • ITAM: Asset lifecycle, CMDB integration
  • Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs with HRIS, ERP, CMDB, and other enterprise systems
  • Process Optimization: Identify automation opportunities and standardize processes using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent.
  • Testing & Rollout: Lead UAT cycles, create training materials, and support change management for successful adoption.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed functional specs, SOPs, and configuration records.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure platform configurations align with security, compliance, and audit standards.

    🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, ITAM
    • Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks
    • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
    • Proficiency in Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Ability to create process maps and functional documentation

    📜 Preferred Certifications

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HRSD, or ITAM
    • ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
