CyberArk Developer

PAM/CyberArk Developer - 6+ month contract
Location: Helsinki, Stockholm, or Oslo

About the Role:
Our client in the banking sector is seeking a skilled PAM/CyberArk IT Security Developer to support their Privileged Access Management (PAM) project. You will play a key role in developing application connectors, extending PAM controls across the organization, and ensuring a smooth and efficient on-boarding process. You will provide technical expertise and contribute to securing critical IT systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the PAM project as a developer in full-scope on-boarding
  • Develop application connectors and enable capabilities to extend PAM controls across the organization.
  • Collect and analyze relevant data to ensure an efficient on-boarding pipeline.
  • Provide PAM expertise and guidance within the project.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to implement PAM solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality technical documentation and adhere to security best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with PAM controls and requirements.
  • Experience as a CyberArk developer or in developing within CyberArk.
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices for both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Understanding of fundamental security principles (SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust).
  • Experience in a DevOps team within an Agile/Scrum setup.
  • Understanding of IT processes and the system development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity controls and frameworks (CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x)
